家里多了两颗甜芒果,脑子里浮现的当然是拿来做甜品咯~
看看冰箱,看看我的储物柜,就知道要做什么了。。‘芒果西米露’。。但用的不是椰奶,而是牛奶。。用的不是blender,而是什么都不用。。呵呵。。
离开家里到这里,一个没有烤箱的地方,厨房也是我一点一点地买或从家里带一些用具过来,才勉强算一个合格的厨房。。呵呵。。那既然不能在这里玩烘焙,那手痒时该怎么止痒呢?惟有找找不需要烤箱,不需要太多器材的食谱来过过手瘾咯~
这款甜品,正合我意!材料即简单,又只需要基本的厨房用具。。重点是,它是一道很正的甜品~冰冰甜甜,赞!
材料(1人份):
牛奶 250ml
白糖 1.5tbsp
小西米 3tbsp
芒果 1颗
做法:
- 牛奶加入白糖后,慢火加热至白糖完全溶化。
- 待牛奶变凉后,倒入瓶里放入冰箱冷藏。
- 加热一锅水至水沸腾后,加入洗净的小西米,一边煮,一边搅拌,直到小西米中心剩一小白点。(约15分钟)
- 熄火,盖上锅盖,继续焖约10分钟至小西米变完全透明。
- 取出小西米,用冷水冲洗,沥干,再放入冰水里,收进冰箱冷藏。
- 芒果洗净后切丁,放入冰箱冷藏。
- 待要喝时,将小西米沥干水,与芒果丁一起加入牛奶即可。
备注:
煮小西米时,一定要不时搅拌,以免小西米黏成一块或黏在锅底。
Ingredients (One serving):
Milk 250ml
Sugar 1.5tbsp
Small sago 3tbsp
Mango 1nos
Method:
- Add the sugar into the milk, heat it with low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- When the milk has cooled down, pour it into a bottle and keep it in refrigerator.
- Boil a pot of water, add in the rinsed small sago and keep stirring until the core is left with a little white color. (approximately 15 minutes)
- Turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Leave it for around 10 minutes until the sago has turned to be completely transparent.
- Remove the sago from the pot and wash it with cold water. After that, strain it, put it in cold/ice water and keep it in the refrigerator.
- Cut the mango into cubes and refrigerate it.
- When it is the time to serve it, strain the sago and add into the milk together with the mango cubes. Ready to serve.
Note:
It is necessary to stir the sago while cooking to prevent it from sticking together or sticking at the bottom of the pot.
