桂圆 约20颗
红枣 5颗(大颗)
水 1000ml
冰糖 适量
做法:
- 将雪耳洗净,用温水泡发后撕成小片(底部硬的部分不要)。
- 将桂圆洗净,备用;红枣洗净,去核,剪成小片。
- 把全部材料加入锅中的水里,以大火煮30分钟。
- 熄火,焖20分钟,再以小火煮1小时。
- 熄火,加入适量的冰糖调味即可。

Method:
- After rinsing the snow fungus, soak them in warm water until they become soft, then tear them into smaller pieces (remove the bottom part that is hard).
- Rinse the dried longan and set aside. Deseed the rinsed red dates and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Place all the ingredients into a pot of water, boil for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave it for 20 minutes, then simmer for another 1 hour.
- Turn off the heat and add some rock sugar to taste.
