我是马铃薯控。。所有马铃薯做的食物我都很喜欢。。在家娘亲煮咖喱鸡,我会要求娘亲放多多马铃薯;娘亲煮的马铃薯菜肴,我都会将它扫干净;在大学时期,我也可以将马铃薯当成主餐。由于爱吃马铃薯,我爹曾经说过我是吃薯仔长大的。。呵呵。。
网上马铃薯泥的做法不难找到。。这款马铃薯泥,由于我是手动将它压成泥,所以还是留有一些马铃薯颗粒。。但是,这样反而还多了一些口感,我喜欢。。而味道呢,虽然不像肯德基的,但是它还是有自己的风味。。我很爱吃!以后也会再做!
材料(2-3人份):
马铃薯 3个
牛油 1tbsp
牛奶 5tbsp
盐 适量
酱料:
牛油 1tbsp
蚝油 2tbsp
白糖 1tbsp
黑胡椒粉 适量
清水 6tbsp
牛奶 2tbsp
玉米粉 1tbsp
做法:
- 马铃薯去皮,切块,洗净后,放入锅中,以大火蒸至熟。
- 取出马铃薯,乘热用叉子压成泥。
- 取一个锅,放入牛油,加热至牛油溶化后,倒入牛奶,马铃薯泥和盐,不断搅拌至所要的软度。
- 将马铃薯泥取出,待凉备用。
- 取另一个锅,在锅内放入牛油,加热至溶化后,加入其它酱料的材料(除了牛奶和玉米粉),一直搅拌至均匀。
- 将玉米粉加入牛奶,搅拌至玉米粉溶化后,倒入酱料锅中勾芡即可。
- 将酱汁倒入马铃薯泥即可。
备注:
搅拌马铃薯泥时,不要让薯泥变得太干,因为薯泥冷却后会变得更干。

Butter 1tbsp
Oyster sauce 2tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Black pepper Some
Water 6tbsp

Corn starch 1tbsp
Method:
Ingredients (2-3 servings):
Potato 3 nos
Butter 1tbsp
Milk 5tbsp

Brown sauce:
Butter 1tbsp
Oyster sauce 2tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp

Water 6tbsp
Milk 2tbsp
Corn starch 1tbsp
Method:
- Remove the skin of potatoes, cut them into chunks, rinse them and steam until cooked.
- Mash the potatoes with fork while they are still hot.
- Put the butter into a sauce pan, heat it until the butter melts. Then, add in milk, mashed potato and salt, keep stirring until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
- Remove the mashed potato from the sauce pan and set it aside.
- Put some butter into another sauce pan, heat until it melts. Then, add in all the brown sauce ingredients except milk and corn starch. Stir until they combined evenly.
- Add the corn starch into the milk and stir until it is fully dissolved. Pour the milk into the sauce to thicken the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the mashed potato. Ready to serve.
Note:
While stirring the mashed potato, do not stir until it becomes dry as it will give a drier consistency after cooling down.
