这款糖水真的是一道即简单,又快捷,又好喝的甜品。。最适合一直说不会下厨的人。。因为,材料准备步骤不复杂,又不需要煮很久,所以只有不想煮的人,没有不会煮的人。。
材料(3-4人份):
马蹄 约20颗
鸡蛋 1颗
冰糖 适量
水 5杯
做法:
- 马蹄去皮后,刨丝或切丁备用。
- 水煮沸后加入冰糖,煮至完全溶解。
- 放入马蹄,再煮至滚。
- 熄火,慢慢加入已经打散的鸡蛋,一边加,一边快速地搅拌成蛋花。
- 再开火,煮至滚,即可。
备注:
- 在加入鸡蛋时,一定要一点一点地加,并用汤匙快速地搅拌,这样才能够倒出一丝一丝,滑滑的蛋花,而不是蛋块。
- 也可加入马蹄粉或玉米粉勾芡。
- 此款糖水不管热喝或冰过再喝,都好喝。

Method:
- Remove the skin of water chestnuts, then, shred them or cut them into small cubes.
- Add rock sugar into boiling water and stir until it is fully dissolved.
- Put the shredded water chestnuts into the boiling water and cook until it boils again.
- Turn off the heat, add in the beaten egg and stir quickly.
- Cook the dessert again until boiling. Ready to serve.
Remarks:
- Must add the egg slowly but stir it rapidly.
- Can add some water chestnut flour or corn flour to thicken the dessert.
- This dessert can be served hot or chilled.
