为了要清掉冰箱还剩下的生菜而煮的这道我最拿手的油菜。。*蚝油生菜*
由于调味料的多少得看生菜的分量,所以准确的分量我就不写了。。自行调味吧 ~
材料:
生菜
小葱头
蚝油
糖
水
油
做法:
- 生菜洗净后,加入一锅已烧热并加了少许油的水里,烫几分钟即可取出备用。
- 小葱头去皮,洗净后切碎。
- 爆香葱头,加入适量的蚝油,糖和水。
- 将酱汁淋在生菜上即可。
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Shallots
Oyster sauce
Sugar
Water
Oil
Method:
- Place the rinsed lettuce into a pot of boiling water with some oil, blanch it and put it on a plate.
- Remove the skin of shallots, rinse and dice them.
- Saute the shallots, add in some oyster sauce, sugar and water.
- Pour the sauce over the lettuce. Serve.
