材料(1至2人份):
酸柑汁 1tbsp
薏米 5 tbsp
水 2 杯
冰糖 适量
做法:
- 将薏米洗净。
- 锅里倒入水和薏米,大火煮20分钟。
- 转小火,煮约半小时或至薏米变软,即可加入适量的冰糖调味。
- 继续煮至冰糖完全熔化,熄火。
- 酸柑洗净,切半,取汁,丢掉酸柑籽。
- 将薏米水倒入酸柑汁中,搅拌均匀,即可。
此饮料冷饮或热饮均可。

Barley 5 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Rock sugar Add to taste
Method:
- Rinse the barley.
- Pour water and barley into a pot, boil it for 20 minutes.
- Lower the heat and simmer for another half an hour or until the barley has softened. Add some rock sugar to taste.
- Continue to simmer until the rock sugar has completely dissolved.
- Rinse the lime, cut it into half, squeeze to get its juice and remove its seeds.
- Pour the barley drink into lime juice, stir well and serve.
This drink can be served chilled or warm.
